Taco Cupcakes

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1 packet taco seasoning

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 packet taco seasoning

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

24 wonton wrappers


Instructions:


Cook the Meat:

Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Drain off any excess grease.

Stir in the taco seasoning and cook until heated through.


Assemble the Cupcakes:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Line a muffin tin with 24 wonton wrappers, pressing them into the cups to form little bowls.

Divide the meat mixture evenly among the wonton wrappers.

Top each with a sprinkle of shredded cheese.


Bake:

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the wonton wrappers are golden brown and the cheese is melted.


Serve:

Let cool slightly before serving.

Top with your favorite taco toppings, such as sour cream, salsa, guacamole, or diced onions.
