Spicy Garlic Prawns

Taste Bud Explosion!

Ingredients:


- 1 lb large prawns, peeled and deveined

- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tbsp olive oil

- 2 tbsp butter

- 1/4 cup chicken broth

- 1 tbsp soy sauce

- 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce (or to taste)

- 1 tsp sugar

- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

- Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:


1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).

2. Add the prawns to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and are almost cooked through.

3. In a small bowl, whisk together chicken broth, soy sauce, Sriracha sauce, sugar, and red pepper flakes.

4. Pour the sauce mixture into the skillet with the prawns. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly and the prawns are fully cooked.

5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in chopped parsley.

6. Serve the SPICY GARLIC PRAWNS hot, garnished with extra parsley if desired. Enjoy the explosion of flavors that will make your taste buds tingle with delight! 🦐🌶️🧄
