Pomegranate & Burrata Christmas Ornaments

Soft, creamy burrata balls adorned with vibrant pomegranate seeds, pistachios, and parsley, finished with a tangy balsamic glaze. A festive and elegant holiday appetizer!


Ingredients:

6 burrata balls

1/2 cup pomegranate seeds

1/4 cup pistachios, finely chopped

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

3 tablespoons balsamic glaze

1 cup arugula (for serving)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Burrata Ornaments:

Gently pat the burrata balls dry with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture.

In a small bowl, mix the chopped pistachios and parsley.

Roll the tops of each burrata ball in the pistachio-parsley mixture, pressing lightly to ensure it sticks.

2. Add the Pomegranate Touch:

Sprinkle pomegranate seeds generously over the pistachio-coated tops of the burrata balls, allowing them to resemble Christmas ornaments.

3. Plate and Garnish:

Arrange a bed of fresh arugula on a serving platter.

Place the decorated burrata balls on top of the arugula.

4. Final Touch:

Drizzle balsamic glaze over the burrata balls and arugula for a tangy-sweet finish.
