Oven Fried Feta Rolls with Chili Honey

Get ready to tantalize your taste buds with these irresistibly crispy Oven Fried Feta Rolls, drizzled with a sweet and spicy chili honey! Perfect for any gathering or a savory solo treat!


Ingredients:


Phyllo dough

200g feta cheese, crumbled

Fresh parsley, finely chopped

1 egg, lightly beaten

50 ml olive oil

Chili flakes for garnish

Sesame seeds for garnish

Homemade or store-bought chili honey for drizzling

Instructions:


Prepare the Filling: Combine the crumbled feta and chopped parsley in a bowl.

Assemble the Rolls: Cut the phyllo dough into strips. Place a generous amount of the feta mixture on each strip, roll up tightly, and seal the edge with a touch of the beaten egg.

Season: Brush each roll with olive oil, sprinkle with chili flakes and sesame seeds.

Bake: Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crisp.

Serve with Flair: Drizzle the hot feta rolls with chili honey right before serving for a perfect blend of sweet, spicy, and savory.

Tip: Keep your phyllo dough under a damp cloth while assembling the rolls to prevent drying.
