The marinade infuses the chicken with a rich, sweet, and spicy flavor that pairs beautifully with rice or steamed vegetables. Ingredients:

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 1/4 cup soy sauce

- 2 tbsp honey

- 2 tbsp sesame oil

- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 inch ginger, grated

- 1 tsp red pepper flakes

- 1 tbsp rice vinegar

- 2 green onions, chopped

- Sesame seeds for garnish

Directions:

In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, red pepper flakes, and rice vinegar until well combined. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it’s well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for maximum flavor.

Preheat your grill or a skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting any excess drip off. Grill or cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken is caramelized.

Remove from heat and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving. Enjoy the bold flavors of this Midnight Soy Blaze Chicken!
