Ingredients:
1 block of feta cheese (about 8 oz)
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Fresh basil or parsley for garnish, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
Pita bread, for serving (cut into wedges)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small baking dish, place the block of feta in the center. Arrange the cherry tomatoes, olives, and garlic slices around it.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the feta is soft and slightly golden on top and the tomatoes are blistered.
Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh basil or parsley.
Serve warm with toasted pita wedges.
