Louisiana Voodoo Fries

Ingredients:

- 4 large potatoes, cut into fries

- 1/4 cup vegetable oil

- 1 tsp salt

- 1 tsp paprika

- 1/2 tsp garlic powder

- 1/2 tsp onion powder

- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

- 1/4 tsp black pepper

- 1/4 cup hot sauce

- 1/4 cup mayonnaise

- 1/4 cup ketchup


Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

2. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with vegetable oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and black pepper until evenly coated.

3. Spread the seasoned fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.

4. In a small bowl, mix hot sauce and mayonnaise for the Voodoo sauce.

5. Serve the fries hot with a drizzle of Voodoo sauce and a side of ketchup.
