Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken wings
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup Sriracha sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp butter, melted
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and place a wire rack on top.
Season the chicken wings with salt and arrange them on the wire rack. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, melted butter, and garlic powder. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce is smooth and slightly thickened.
Remove the wings from the oven and toss them in the honey Sriracha sauce until evenly coated.
Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
