* 8 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions:
* Prepare the chicken: In a bowl, combine the chicken cubes, olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
* Skewer the chicken: Thread the chicken cubes onto the soaked skewers, leaving some space between each piece.

Tzatziki Sauce
Ingredients:
* 1 cup Greek yogurt
* 1/2 English cucumber, peeled, seeded, and grated
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
* 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
* 1 tablespoon lemon juice
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
* Combine ingredients: In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, chopped dill, chopped mint, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
* Chill: Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
