Ferrero Rocher Ice-Cream Terrine

Henrik Andersson

Indulge in a decadent Ferrero Rocher Ice-Cream Terrine that’s easy to make and perfect for impressing guests!

Ingredients:

- 500ml single cream

- 1 tin condensed milk (397g)

- Dash of vanilla extract

- 10 Ferrero Rocher (for the mixture)

- 10 Ferrero Rocher (for garnish)

- Fresh raspberries (for garnish)

- Fresh basil (for garnish)

Directions:

1. Start by lining a 2lb loaf tin with cling film, making sure some hangs over the edges for easy removal later.

2. In a large bowl, whisk the cream until it's nice and thick—this is where the magic begins!

3. Gently fold the condensed milk and a dash of vanilla into the whipped cream until well combined.

4. Now, take 10 Ferrero Rocher, give them a good crush, and fold them into your creamy mixture. It’s going to be delicious!

5. Spoon this heavenly mixture into your lined loaf tin, then fold the excess cling film over the top to cover it.

6. Pop the whole thing in the freezer overnight to let it firm up. Patience is key!

7. When you’re ready to serve, just remove the terrine from the tin and clingfilm. Place it on a lovely serving dish and top it off with the remaining 10 Ferrero Rocher, fresh raspberries, and a sprinkle of basil for that fancy touch.

8. Serve immediately and watch your guests’ faces light up with delight!

Top Tip: For best results, chill your serving dish in the freezer for about 10 minutes before serving to keep your terrine from melting too quickly.
