Deep Fried S’mores

Ingredients:


4 graham cracker sheets

4 marshmallows

4 squares milk chocolate

1 cup pancake mix

1 egg

1/2 cup cold milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

Vegetable oil, for frying

Powdered sugar, for dusting


Preparation:


Preheat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).

Break graham crackers in half to create 8 pieces. Place a piece of chocolate and a marshmallow between two cracker halves to make 4 s’mores sandwiches.

In a bowl, whisk together pancake mix, egg, milk, and vanilla to make a batter.

Dip each s’more sandwich into the batter, ensuring it’s fully coated.

Carefully fry each sandwich in hot oil for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

Remove from oil, drain on paper towels, and dust with powdered sugar. Serve warm and enjoy!
