A warm, melty Camembert topped with tart cranberries, crunchy pistachios, and fragrant thyme, all drizzled with honey for the ultimate sweet-savory holiday appetizer. Perfect for sharing!

Ingredients:

1 wheel Camembert cheese (8 oz)

¼ cup dried cranberries

2 tablespoons pistachios, roughly chopped

1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves

1 tablespoon honey (optional, for a touch of sweetness)

Crackers, baguette slices, or fresh fruit (for serving)

Directions:

1. Preheat the Oven:

Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Prepare the Camembert:

Unwrap the Camembert and place it in a small oven-safe dish or on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Using a sharp knife, lightly score the top in a crosshatch pattern. (This helps the cheese melt evenly and absorb the flavors of the toppings.)

3. Add the Toppings:

Sprinkle dried cranberries evenly over the cheese.

Add chopped pistachios for crunch and depth of flavor.

Scatter fresh thyme leaves on top.

Drizzle with honey, if using, for a delicious sweet-savory balance.

4. Bake the Camembert:

Place in the preheated oven and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is soft and gooey but still holds its shape. (Avoid overbaking to prevent excessive spreading.)

5. Serve & Enjoy:

Carefully remove from the oven and transfer to a serving platter if needed.

Serve warm with crackers, toasted baguette slices, or fresh fruit like apple or pear slices for dipping.
