Ingredients:

4 medium apples, peeled, cored, and diced
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp lemon juice
For the Crumble Topping:
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Filling:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, mix diced apples with sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Divide the mixture evenly into ramekins or a baking dish.
2. Make the Crumble Topping:
In another bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, and salt. Add cold butter and mix with your fingers or a pastry cutter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
3. Assemble and Bake:
Sprinkle the crumble topping over the apples. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the topping is golden and the apples are bubbling.
4. Serve:
Let it cool slightly before serving, optionally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a drizzle of caramel sauce.
