Churro Cheesecake Donut

Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp cinnamon-sugar mixture for topping
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, beat softened butter and granulated sugar until creamy.
3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and cinnamon. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
5. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
6. Roll out small pieces of dough and flatten them, placing a small dollop of the cream cheese mixture in the center.
7. Fold the dough over the filling and roll into a ball.
8. Place on the prepared baking sheet and press down slightly.
9. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
10. Immediately after removing from the oven, roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture while still warm.
11. Let cool before serving.
Preparation time is around 20 minutes with a baking time of 12-15 minutes.
