1/4 cup chopped walnuts
2-3 pears, peeled, cored, and sliced or cut into chunks
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons butter
2 handfuls arugula (rocket) leaves
3.5 oz (about 1/2 cup) blue cheese, crumbled
Instructions
1. Prepare the Pears
