Ingredients:
- 1 large baguette, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 ripe tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 8 ounces burrata cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Balsamic glaze for drizzling
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and lightly brush each slice with olive oil.
3. Bake the slices in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crisp.
4. In a bowl, combine the diced tomatoes and chopped basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Once the baguette slices are toasted, let them cool slightly. Top each slice with a generous spoonful of burrata cheese, then add the tomato-basil mixture on top.
6. Just before serving, drizzle balsamic glaze over the bruschetta.
