Buffalo Chicken Cheese Ball

A spicy, creamy, and savory appetizer packed with buffalo chicken flavor—perfect for game days or holiday gatherings!


Ingredients

2 cups cooked, shredded chicken (rotisserie works great!)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup buffalo sauce

1/4 cup ranch dressing

2 green onions, finely chopped

1 cup crushed pretzels or nuts (for coating)

Optional: celery sticks, crackers, or tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and green onions. Mix until well blended.

Form the mixture into a ball shape using your hands.

Roll the cheese ball in the crushed pretzels or nuts to coat evenly.

Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the texture to firm up.

Before serving, let the cheese ball sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes. Serve with celery sticks, crackers, or tortilla chips for dipping.
