Ingredients
2 cups Self-Rising Flour
1 cup Greek Yogurt
3 teaspoons Olive Oil
Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 330F (165C).
Add the flour, yogurt, and olive oil to a medium bowl. Mix them until the dough forms.
Place the dough on a floured surface. Knead it for 5 minutes.
Divide it into 6 wedges. Roll them into a ball, then use a rolling pin to flatten them.
Brush them with olive oil (on both sides). Then, place the flatbread in the air fryer basket and cook for about 8 minutes. Turn it over after the first 4 minutes.
Remove it from the air fryer, and wrap it in a clean kitchen towel. Repeat for the remaining flatbreads
